Canceling Your PC Geek Support Membership
You have the right to cancel your PC Geek Support membership at any time, however your membership dues is not prorated. To prevent yourself from being billed for the next month membership fee, you must cancel any time before, but no less than within 24 hours
of your next billing date period. (Billing dates commence exactly 30 days from the time of your original $1.00 trial membership – If you are unsure of your billing date you can call
708-748-7558 to receive this information). Ways to cancel: You may cancel by telephone by calling 1-877-90 Geeks (43357), by website submit by going to www.pcgeeksupport.com , filling out the form and writing cancel membership in the PC Geek Support form then clicking submit. No refund will be given for membership fees that have already incurred.
Software Refund Policy
Any software solely owned by Microsmarts LLC may be returned and refunded within 30 days of Purchase. If refunded all said software must be uninstalled by the consumer.
